Christmas Lights

Same as on Giulia Geranium tonight. No pudding recipe yet. Freezing cold here. Cannot decide how much I like the song...maybe it's the balloons & fireworks over London in the video. Actually, I put this up on both sites to say hi to a friend who is seriously downhearted. Cheers! (photograph via Vintage Rose Garden via Pinterest) Thursday Update - here's a link to video playable in Europe.

being downhearted is not good. I hope they soon feel uplifted!

I hope that you are snuggly and warm with the ginger one. Stopping by to see all that I've missed and to wish you a Happy Holiday season. Me, I'm laying low...too much of everything this time of year! But then, don't ya know, I got called in for jury duty a few days ago. Thank god I wasn't chosen - it was a bad one.
Wishing you good things, always.

Lovely photo to give me courage before I venture out into the cold and several inches of snow pulling a suitcase to begin my journey to the UK. The video doesn't work in Germany so I'll try again later from Derbyshire if get there. They've given out bad weather warnings so fingers crossed.

Simon - no it's not good but he has his reasons...

Catherine - xo...more in email. Look for it. Not spam, it will say Jacquie Lawson ecards...

Vanessa - I wondered if you'd left yet. We'll all be thinking of you & hope to hear when you've arrived in Derbyshire. I'll look for a link that will work in EU. You'll be hearing the song a gazillion times in the UK, though. Up for Christmas no. 1. Off to check the weather from Berlin to UK. Many fingers, toes & pawpads crossed for you. I know well what it is to journey through snow & cold during the holidays on trains/planes.

Well today is the first day I had a computer which allowed me to listen to Coldplay... I like it, I think. although it gets a bit anthem like towards the end......

To answer your question re ballet... I find it very difficult to watch the Australian ballet.... its all a bit too "casual" like as if they are at a BBQ.....and I watched Sylvie dance Manon here. She had to "look after" some of the dancers who could not dance to her level ( and I am talking about the guys.)

I hope I make sense... :o)

Pudding lol!

The lights are so pretty, and Coldplay is always great to listen to. Hoping your weekend is a great one.

Simon--no one understands what you're saying. lol (Simon is a former ballet dancer). But thanks. As for anthems & Coldplay. Well, I only have 2 songs of theirs...but all/most of U2, Springsteen, The Who, etc. Anthems are just fine with me. Cheers.

Angie--Woman, I've wondered how you are...making your Romanian recipe the week (coming up). Shall report in. xo
