If you like Instagram photos but don't have an iPhone, here's your program. Pixlr is not new but it is adding lots of new effects. You can run the app on other smart phones or via the web, on an iPad, etc. Here's the Pixlr blog where you can keep up. I do love free stuff & a way to make something out of nothing, using what you have. It's a fun way to kill some time while you're doing something boring, too.
