Happy Halloween

I am about as excited as this model this morning. I'm going out with friends & their little kids to a Halloween neighborhood block party bash thingy tonight. It's heaps o' fun so I'll perk up. I'll be wearing this on my head. Lots of blogs I link to, here & on Giulia Geranium, have terrific Halloween posts. It's a favorite holiday; someday I'll get it together before the morning of & post my own pix.

If you're stuck for last-minute ideas for Halloween, I highly recommend Martha Stewart's site. If I could find the proper wire in the next 10 minutes, I'd make this headband. If you're all caught up & feeling smug (boo;), these pepita recipes are fast & very tasty.

Meet me back here later this week to tango. Seriously.

Officially wishing you a Happy Halloween! Have fun at the party. I carved a pumpkin yesterday and accidentally cut most of its teeth out. I better go buy some candy corn to replace them. Pumpkin dentures. Heeeee.

Thanks, Catherine:) I'm laughing about the candy corn dentures. You're a true bricoleuse...;)

I'm feeling slightly less harassed for time since L'Occitane tweeted to me that I can pick up free hand cream tomorrow & not today. Almost anything for free, man. Almost.

Nothing more fun then going out trick or treating with the kids. Makes us feel like kids ourselves! Looking forward to seeing your costume.

Oh, have fun. I think you said where but I forget where. But you had fun last year. The Alice bow is so darling but I don't know who else could wear it.

Happy Halloween to you too. Love the bow!

I wish we celebrated the Day of the Dead with as much fun and frolic as they do in Mexico!

Hi Susan
Hope you're having or had lots of fun... I will have to one day go to one of these parties.. they don't really happen over here... and very little of the trick or treating also... Did see a little ghost ride down the street on here scooter one day!! sort of unusual for here!!

Have fun xxx Julie
